1. Your objective is to reach the temple with 0 Tax
2. You already walked 2 blocks and your tax total now is 4.
3. Your total increases by two (+2) for every block you walk east (right), and decreases by two (-2) for every block you walk west (left), doubles (x2) for every block you walk south (down) and is cut in half (÷2) for every block you walk north (top).
4. You may pass through the same intersection twice but not same path
